Do you provide alcoholic beverages?

No, however you are more than welcome to bring your own.

Can I bring alcoholic beverages on board?

Yes, most of our vehicles you may bring alcoholic beverages on board with you. The only vehicle we do not allow alcohol on is the Mercedes Benz Metris Executive Van.

Do your vehicles have outlets?

Yes!

Can I bring my own cooler?

Yes you can. We also provide a cooler filled with ice and bottled water.

Do you have overhead storage?

Yes in our Shuttle Bus. No in our Party Bus and Van.

Do your seats recline?

Yes in our Shuttle Bus and Van but not in our Party Bus (there are couches).

Do you have DVD players?

Yes in all our vehicles!

Do you have speakers?

Yes, we have fantastic speakers in all our vehicles.

How do I book a rental?

The first step is to get a price quote. Email us at [email protected] or call us at 309.210.6474 and let us know your needs. We will get you an official quote within 24 hours. You will receive a quote via email. If you wish to accept, simply reply to the email and your trip will be booked!

How far in advance do I have to book?

Bookings are based on availability and sometimes we are unavailable. However, if available, TDK Event Services will pick you up with just 24 hours notice. All trips must be paid in full prior to departure.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations by Customer: Cancellations made at least 30 days prior to departure will be refunded in full. 1-29 days prior to departure will be charged the deposit amount. If a charter is canceled the day of departure, any expense incurred by TDK Event Services will be charged to the customer. Cancellations by TDK Event Services: TDK Event Services reserves the right to cancel or sub out any rental up until the departure date.

Do we need to reserve a hotel room for our driver?

For all rental trips (does not apply to preplanned events) Customer is responsible for the driver(s) overnight room accommodations, unless you and the company have agreed in advance that the company will provide the driver’s room and bill you for the charges. To ensure proper rest, each driver must have a private room with private restroom/shower accommodations. Expect to spend $125-$175 per night for each driver room. Should the room not be acceptable to the driver, TDK Event Services will place driver in another hotel and bill customer for the cost.

Can I pay with cash or check?

Yes, if agreed upon. If you are interested in paying with cash or check, please email us at [email protected] to reserve your spot on a preplanned trip or to reserve your rental.

Will you help me plan a trip?

Yes! We are happy to help a customer plan their trip.

Busch Stadium
Where do you drop off at Busch Stadium?

We drop off and pick up at Gate 6 at Busch Stadium. This is the RF gate.

Wrigley Field
Where do you drop off at Wrigley Field?

We drop off about a 10min walk south of Wrigley Field. It is extremely difficult to drop off next to the stadium, but please contact us ahead of time if your health requires a closer drop off location.

We also pick up at the drop off location!

Gainbridge Fieldhouse
Where do you drop off at Gainbridge Fieldhouse?

We drop off on E Maryland St. on the north side of Gainbridge Fieldhouse. We also pick up at the same location!

Murder Mystery Party
If I book a murder mystery party, where do you pick me up?

For our murder mystery party, we offer complimentary pickups at up to 3 pickup locations within 1 hour of total driving time. Your locations will be communicated to our team ahead of time.
